Flaxland design and make these break units and scutching board. Made to fit on our trestle bases (extra) or secure them to your own bench. They are also suitable for fixing our hackling unit on the top (optional extra).

They are made with a shaped top and base to allow for a 'crimping' action which breaks the fibre straw but doesn't damage the fibre.
